The BM40 is suitable for monitoring the state of charge of batteries with operating voltages from 8V to 60V and currents up to 5,000A.

The state of charge is calculated and displayed by measuring the energy being charged and discharged from the battery.

The display can work with all battery types and, when combined with ERA charge controllers, can display the operating status of the photovoltaic field.
